Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, please allow the following delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at TriciaHowell35@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
